One year in business

One year in business

One Year In.

One year ago, I opened the doors to Peach Vintage—full of hope, nerves, and a deep love for clothing with history. I believed that style didn’t have to be fast to be fabulous. That secondhand could be special. That small businesses still mattered.

And wow... what a year it’s been.

Running a small business in 2025 means swimming upstream. It means competing with multinational giants who offer convenience over connection, and prices that make our reality feel impossible. It means trying to be a buyer, a marketer, a photographer, a customer service rep, and a cheerleader—all in one.

There have been moments of joy, moments of doubt, and many very late nights.

But there have also been you. The queens who choose story over speed. The ones who browse slowly, shop thoughtfully, and remind me why I started this in the first place. Every sale, every message, every “I love this so much”—it all counts. It all keeps this dream alive.

Peach Vintage isn’t just a store. It’s a celebration of slow fashion, individuality, and independent spirit.

So here’s to one year of doing things the hard way—with heart.
Thank you for being part of this.
Here’s to the next.

With Love, learning and Peace,

Katie
